We built a replica of the operations, including platforms & vessels. Simulation allowed Company to try out different what-if scenarios and plan out optimal strategy.
We completed the project in 4 months and the simulation has been in use for more than six years in helping craft logistics strategy for deep-water operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
