Head of Sales

To help us deliver our vision, we are looking for a talented individual to lead our revenue growth. As Head of Sales & Channel Partners, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting tech start-up, providing mission critical solutions to leading UK enterprises and organisations. Responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, working with globally recognised channel partners, and personally driving sales to fruition, you will also build out our sales capability as we scale our business.

As part of dynamic team operating out of London’s fintech hub, this role provides the right individual the opportunity to benefit directly from the success they create and contribute to our company’s rapid growth as a key member of our management team.


  • Manage channel partner relationships
  • Agree goals and objectives for channel partners
  • Create effective lead management and collaboration framework
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities to avoid channel conflict
  • Support partner sales activity through direct interaction with customers
  • Identify training and tools needed to optimize channel partner effectiveness
  • Define KPIs and manage partner performance
  • Act as sales lead to advance opportunities (either with partner or direct to prospect)
  • Define lead management process for qualifying and handling in-bound interest
  • Plan and build sales capability as business grows
  • Agree objectives, targets and incentives with management
  • Provide feedback loop from customers to the product and development team to drive sales growth


  • Strong background in enterprise software sales and/or account management
  • Proven ability to collaborate with channel partners in the enterprise software/technology industry
  • Ability to interface with senior executives and develop strong relationships with customers and partners (both existing and new)
  • Experience in presenting strategy, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating high value contracts
  • Channel management excellence in account planning, pipeline management, responding to RFI/RFIs, and planning and executing targeted sales activity
